Pinckney Hugo Group and Dr. Ratner honored by Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York

SYRACUSE N.Y. – Pinckney Hugo Group, a full-service marketing communications firm in Syracuse, N.Y., and Dr. Michael Ratner, professor and chief of pediatric surgery and professor of pediatrics at Upstate University Hospital, were recently honored at the eighth annual Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York Homecoming Party at The Links at Erie Village in East Syracuse.

Pinckney Hugo Group was recognized for its ongoing support of the organization. Since 2005, the agency has donated a significant amount of time to help increase awareness of the CNY Ronald McDonald House and its services through advertising, public relations and the creation of fundraising materials.

Ratner was honored at the event for his endless contributions to pediatric care and continued support of the Ronald McDonald House. He has been a surgeon in Central New York

for nearly 30 years and has dedicated his entire medical career to healing children.

Nearly 300 supporters attended the 2009 annual Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York Homecoming Party. Proceeds from the event support the day-to-day operations of the House.
